Every single person in this world is unique. Cookie cutter meal preps won’t make the cut for everyone. I will sit down and talk with you and devise a meal plan that takes into account, your dietary restrictions, personal taste preferences, any medical restrictions, and caloric requirements. Eating chicken and broccoli doesn’t work for everyone.

There are millions of different supplements out there in the fitness world, and they’re all marketed to make you think that you have to have them. Realistically, there isn’t a ton of supplements the body needs that it can’t get from a good diet.
